Velocity Investments is a Portuguese company. All data and documents are stored in data centres located in the European Union, in accordance with the GDPR and Portuguese law, and are used only to manage your relationship with us. The identification required by law is asked later, in the portal.

How we use your data

Velocity Investments, a Portuguese company, is responsible for this data. We use what you tell us only to review your request, create your access and contact you (GDPR article 6(1)(b)). News by e-mail is only sent if you accept it, and you can withdraw that consent at any time. Data is stored in the European Union, in accordance with the GDPR and Law No. 58/2019, and never sold. If the request is not approved, it is deleted after 12 months. The identification required by Law No. 83/2017 is only asked later, inside the portal. Questions: privacy@velocity-investments.com.
